Hi everyone!

 I hope you are all staying warm and enjoying the holiday season. It has been raining here in Northern California, but today was a beautiful sunny day. 

I kept busy today by writing a guest entry for the brand new Sizzix.com blog. It's a sweet project if you love fabric flowers like I do, pictured below.

I have searched high and low for an answer to this question and I think I just found it. But can you please tell me if that sizziz cuts felt? It looks like from you project it does but I want to make sure before I go buy it. Thank you!

Hi Dena,

I love your designs!

I was wondering which Sizzix machine you used?
Could I cut flowers with the BigShot (Sizzix)? And which flower dies did you use?

Hi VintageRoses!

I did use my BigShot machine, and I also have a BigKick that would work for this project, which uses Bigz dies like this one:

And it does indeed cut felt! I love using felt with Sizzix dies because the edges don't fray like they do with woven fabric.
